Requirements

Five (5) or more years in experience in managing a military or civilian operations setting.
BA/BS or higher.
An additional 5 years experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
A Masters degree may be substituted for 3 years of experience as long as their degree is in a related field.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite direct support to a DoD client, serving as a staff action officer for the Product Director.
Perform and maintain support functions, including monitoring, triaging, and responding to all incoming and outgoing taskings, as appropriate.
Coordinate responses and perform quality control and assurance prior to senior management review of programmatic documentation.
Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external correspondence.
Serve as a highly visible, client-facing Action Officer in support of a multi-million-dollar persistence surveillance program with more than 50 government and contractor personnel.
Ensure critical information is disseminated to internal and external entities, as appropriate.
