Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, or Process Engineering
Advanced SQL skills.
Indirect procurement experience a plus
Experience with BI tools such as Excel, Python, Tableau, Looker, Mode, or Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25-40% as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
Experience supporting e-commerce, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
Hands-on mindset with comfort working in warehouse and production environments

Responsibilities

Support safe, efficient, and data-driven operations through analytics, reporting, and automation support.
Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Mode and Power BI.
Analyze large datasets to identify operational insights and solve business problems.
Serve as the first responder for automation equipment downtime and escalate issues as needed.
Partner with stakeholders and data engineers to improve reporting, KPIs, and data assets.
Troubleshoot reporting, data, and automation issues to improve operational reliability.
Maintain forecasting files, SOP documentation, and operational reporting processes.
Supporting warehouse automation and fulfillment operations.
Providing ad hoc SQL analysis and operational insights.
Developing KPIs and analytical models for operations and logistics performance.
Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, analytics, engineering, and leadership teams.
Supporting carrier RFP processes and operational improvement initiatives.
