About The Position
The Operations Analyst Sr. provides daily operational and analytical support to the department by identifying potential procedural or system/software weaknesses, assisting with daily operational support and reporting on department performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office suite expertise
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and analytical support in areas such as: general office accounting processes check processing, PC/LAN operation, financial monitoring of department performance/production, etc.
- Identifies potential weaknesses in systems, operating procedures and financial measurements; reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion.
- Develops, analyzes, monitors and reports on departments key performance indicators to management; makes recommendations for systems and or process changes as needed.
- Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
- Performs all other duties as assigned
