About The Position
Provides strategic and operational support to the department. Leads information development and management, supporting key strategic and operational initiatives, including marketing, all retail, contact lens and retina service line. Assists in planning and development, focusing on industry research, best practices and industry trends. Develops relationships with key stakeholders in planning. Direct participation and oversight of projects. Focusing on building infrastructure including standard reporting, and practices. Working on assigned projects aimed to improve operations. Operations Analyst on all key indicator data, benchmarking, and related measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (Required)
- 3+ years Experience in a management support role (Required)
- Experienced with operations, data management, and continuous quality improvement (Required)
- Track record demonstrating an ability to integrate and work effectively within service departments. (Required proficiency)
- Strong understanding of financial and operations systems (Required proficiency)
- High energy, persistent innovator (Required proficiency)
- Superior motivational skills (Required proficiency)

- Master's Degree (Preferred)
