Requirements

• Create and maintain reports for Professional Services across Operations.
• Large scope of reporting responsibilities, from daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards up to board level slide decks.
• Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, provide data-driven analysis to collaborate with the broader PS Ops and PS team to create and present solutions.
• Responsible for data integrity and structure in systems used by Vertafore Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports for Professional Services across Operations. These reports are used by all levels within Professional Services, as well as used by the C-Suite and other departments.
• Large scope of reporting responsibilities, from daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards up to board level slide decks.
• Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, provide data-driven analysis to collaborate with the broader PS Ops and PS team to create and present solutions.
• Responsible for data integrity and structure in systems used by Vertafore Professional Services.
• Other duties as assigned
