The incumbent must be productive under tight deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and exercise independent decision-making regarding record maintenance. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and processing unassociated mail, uploading medical evidence from CDs, creating barcode pages, validating and scanning medical documents, and reviewing scanned documents for accuracy. The position also includes preparing batch overnight documents for distribution/mailing.
