About The Position

The Operations Analyst supports site performance by transforming operational data into dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that help leaders identify losses, monitor trends, and improve execution. This role develops and maintains reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis that improve visibility to productivity, cost, losses, and action plans across site functions, while also supporting communication of key priorities and updates.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience building reports, dashboards, trackers, or basic analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing or other operational environments preferred
• Power BI, SQL, Lean, or continuous improvement exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and analyze operational data using Excel, Power BI, and other site tools.
• Create dashboards, reports, trackers, and visualizations for key metrics, action plans, and business reviews.
• Identify trends, gaps, and performance drivers, and partner with site teams to improve data consistency and decision-making.
• Support loss analysis, productivity tracking, cost visibility, and follow-up on improvement actions through accurate reporting.
• Track action items, timelines, owners, and deliverables to support execution and on-time completion.
• Communicate key metrics, priorities, and action items through clear updates, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Support site communication routines, employee engagement activities, and recognition efforts as assigned.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities, site events, and participation tracking in support of a positive team environment.
• Assist with recognition programs, communication materials, and follow-up actions that reinforce site priorities and employee involvement.
