About The Position

The Canadian Brewhouse is seeking an organized professional to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations. As our Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing data, organizing workflows, and coordinating effectively between teams. As a key team member, you will support decision-making by providing actionable insights and maintaining operational consistency. Requirements

  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • One to two years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical skills to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends.
  • Strong understanding of office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate with precision when handling data and tasks.
  • Ability to securely handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for inventory processes.
  • Reconcile basic store discrepancies within one business day.
  • Generate standard weekly or monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to operational initiatives, vendor interactions, and internal communication between the corporate office and restaurant locations.
  • Serve as the point of contact and manage administration for platforms like OpenTable, Push Operations, and Skip & Door Dash.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate readiness of operational administrative setups and coordinate delivery platform setups during new store openings (NSO).
  • Complete weekly operation reports (such as the Employee LBW Report and MFB Standings).
  • Conduct Wednesday morning Schedule Audits.
  • Distribute discount reports.
  • Manage Food Safe Certification enrollments.
  • Maintain LBW Inventory sheets to ensure pricing and availability are completely up to date.
  • Manage Meazure Up/Daily Chex/Audit App accounts.
  • Conduct quarterly documentation reviews.
  • Maintain organized digital or physical filing systems for operational records.
  • Oversee the Operations Agenda, managing the weekly release of information and data distributed to the field.
