About The Position

This position could be responsible for maintaining production database, keeping official records and executing administrative work and policies. Responsibilities include handling routine inquiries and requests, directing calls or taking messages, greeting or directing visitors, permitting authorized persons to enter properly, compiles and maintains control records and related files for flock certification and blood testing. Maintains processing requirements and is responsible for supply inventory control, other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma
Two (2) plus years related experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn new computer programs
Valid Driver's License
Willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species like chickens, ducks, and birds
Must be willing to follow the guidelines in all Cobb Farm Bio-Security Standards
Must use safe lifting techniques while performing the duties of this job
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
Reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk or hear
Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
