About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within designated common areas of the facility. The role supports daily operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment for all team members.

Requirements

Ability to follow all safety regulations and procedures
Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail
Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Physical ability to mop, scrub, sweep, vacuum, and perform deep cleaning tasks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
The ability to read, write, and comprehend written materials is required to accurately complete data entry, documentation, ordering processes, and performance tracking.
Ability to effectively communicate with production associates regarding uniforms, supplies, and related needs

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bathrooms, showers, and break rooms
Sweep, mop, and sanitize all designated common areas
Empty trash in all assigned locations
Clean glass doors and windows within common areas
Perform routine deep cleaning as directed by the supervisor
Complete daily laundry duties
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools
Procurement of supplies and inventory management
Schedule staffing needs during rotations, including placement and weekend coverage
Manage and track performance metrics and related data
Perform all other duties as assigned
