About The Position

We’re looking for a Operations Administrator to join our team! As a Operations Administrator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will interface with customers and design consultants directly to schedule the window and door measurements and collect payments. This role will be answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and maintaining the flow of jobs by scheduling measures, processing payments and paperwork in a timely fashion.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, required.
  • Experience taking and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • High literacy/competency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls (approximately 40 calls a day).
  • Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.
  • Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents.
  • Closing out completed installations.
  • Collecting deposits and final payments.
  • Scheduling final measurements at time of sale.
