About The Position

The Operations Administrator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. This Operations Administrator will have oversight and direct reports at three (3) different offices. Locations include: Glen Ellyn, Wheaton and Naperville. The Operations Administrator is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring operations in a complex ambulatory environment to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient care in the physician practice while creating an inspiring and rewarding environment for staff members. This role is responsible for the financial and operational management and coordination of the overall activities, clinical services and programs for RMG Practices. The Operations Administrator manages multiple sites or departments within RMG.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
Three (3) years management experience in a medical setting or related experience.
Demonstrated success in medical office management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the activities of others.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
Certification in area of specialty or administration.
