Wentworth Health Partners Women’s Health provides comprehensive, personalized care for every stage of a woman’s life in an atmosphere of privacy, respect, and trust. Our experienced providers and specialists take a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Obstetrics, Gynecology, Urogynecology, Infertility, and LGBTQ+ care. This role is primarily based in Dover, NH, with the opportunity to support Women’s Health locations across the Wentworth Health Partners system, including Garrison Women’s Health, Wentworth Health Partners OB/GYN & Infertility, Wentworth Health Partners Dover Women’s Health, and the Center for Women’s Health and Wellness in Portsmouth. As a Lead Medical Assistant, you will be both a hands-on clinical team member and a trusted resource for Medical Assistant colleagues. You will help keep daily clinical operations running smoothly, support patient flow, mentor and train staff, and partner closely with the Practice Manager, Medical Director, physicians, nurses, and administrative colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Medical Assistant who enjoys leadership, teamwork, clinical variety, and making a meaningful impact in a Women’s Health setting.
