About The Position

The Case Operations Administrator is an integral member of the ATA Case Manufacturing Team and is expected to provide outstanding levels of service and execution of tasks to all sales and operations personnel. It is the responsibility of the Case Operations Administrator to maintain and continually update all product manufacturing project details, oversee the supply chain management process, and prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Organization, Time Management, and Follow-through
  • Excellent MS Excel and data management skillset
  • Excellent MS Office Skills, specifically SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Web Research Skills
  • 3 years of experience in cost estimating
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain and/or project management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in cost estimating
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and/or supply chain management.
  • Experience managing parts inventories
  • Experience working with and managing vendor relationships

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and validate project information with the Sales Administrator.
  • Provide efficient and accurate updates to all project-related documentation across multiple software platforms.
  • Manage and maintain raw materials inventory with the Production Supervisor.
  • Generate and administer all raw materials orders.
  • Oversee and record all inbound materials deliveries.
  • Maintain and update raw materials pricing.
  • Manage NW Case vendor relationships.
  • Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and project scope to develop complete and accurate quotations.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for case projects using established pricing models, material costs, labor requirements, outsourced services, and freight considerations.
  • Assist with quote revisions, engineering changes, and customer inquiries throughout the sales and production process.
  • Analyze completed projects and job costing data to continually improve estimating accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
