This is an 8-month COOP opportunity. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the Operations Admin Specialist will provide support to the Compliance team's day-to-day activities. While having the opportunity to learn the business and put your education to work, you will be supporting the post-booking quality assurance function while maintaining, developing, and improving product offerings and functional processes. The Operations Admin Specialist will collaborate with the Compliance team to support Operational Controls, including documentation review, compliance and automation efforts, and insurance coverage assessments. The role offers exposure to automation initiatives and practical, hands-on experience. You will be exposed to and participate fully in various initiatives relating to improving business processes across the organization. Depending on the scope/size of the project, this may involve gathering business requirements; providing input into the design and integration of proposed solutions; analysis of internal processes; capturing data to discuss and bring forward potential changes, improvements, and areas of focus; contract review; and leveraging project management skills to manage small project implementations.
