About The Position

IES Safety, LLC – Administration Department is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support to the organization while assisting the Human Resources department with day-to-day operations, as well as supporting various departments across the company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and maturity in demeanor, with a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is dependable, diligent, and capable of managing multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate out-of-town travel activities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized and accurate document management systems
  • Overseeing office equipment and maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as required
  • Perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Updating and managing employee data in HR systems
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts
  • Handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Screening resumes and candidate applications
  • Assisting with job offer preparation
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
