About The Position

The Operations & Administration Manager provides advanced operational, administrative, and strategic support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Culture and serves as the primary coordination and oversight resource across all functions within the HRC Department. This senior professional-level position performs highly responsible, confidential, and complex work requiring independent judgment, initiative, and leadership on behalf of the SVP. While this position does not carry formal supervisory authority, it operates as the SVP’s operational proxy — coordinating and directing the work of HRC Staff and Events DC staff on the SVP’s behalf, tracking completion, and ensuring accountability to divisional standards without holding formal people management responsibility. The position serves as the central liaison among HRC leadership, department heads across Events DC, Financial Management, and external partners to ensure that divisional priorities, projects, and budgets are effectively coordinated and executed. The Operations & Administration Manager exercises significant discretion, monitors the HRC divisional budget in coordination with People Operations unit, ensures compliance with established policies and procedures, and provides the operational infrastructure that enables the SVP, Human Resources & Culture to execute at the executive level.
