The Operational Support Services Specialist position, under the direction of the Manager of Support Services, serves as a member of a team of correspondence colleagues responsible for triaging, sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing patient and insurance correspondence from all sources. Responsibilities include receiving documents via mail, email, fax, and bank lockbox transactions; scanning documents, separating and indexing electronic images for multiple healthcare facilities, and loading those images into multiple document imaging, workflow, and/or patient accounting systems.
