About The Position

As an Operational Support Associate at SIXT, you support rental operations by delivering customer service, assisting with fleet logistics, and contributing to sales performance. You work face-to-face with customers to guide them through rental options and support their rental experience. You also help manage vehicle readiness, inventory, vehicle movement, and daily operational records to keep the fleet prepared and rental operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Be persuasive, confident, and driven by performance-based incentives.
• Have a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation, and have basic computer proficiency to adapt to internal systems.
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment and adjust to changing business needs.
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, collect feedback, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation of vehicles for rental or disposal.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and planning.
