About The Position

The primary role of the Operational SAFA is to provide valuable support to Flight Attendants, improving operational performance. Additionally, the Ops SAFA will assist base management with various projects, initiatives, and goals.

Requirements

• Must be an active Flight Attendant and successfully completed Probation.
• Self-motivated, reliable, organized
• Flexible schedule – ability to work varying hours including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Uniform to be worn while on duty, in compliance with Uniform Appearance Standards
• Ability to embrace new ideas and encourage crewmembers to do the same
• May be required to fly, to preserve the integrity of the operation

Responsibilities

• Compile, report and trend concourse activity
• Assist Flight Attendants with on-time departures, solving problems in real time
• Become a subject matter expert in areas relevant to base initiatives, goals, and on-time departures
• Conduct Probationary meetings and new-hire orientations, under the guidance of base management
• Assist Flight Attendants with online account log-in, SkyPro, or website questions
• Support base events, initiatives, and goals
• Other duties as assigned by base management
