Requirements

  • 1 year or more of prior office experience required
  • High School Graduate or a Certificate of High School Proficiency
  • Age 21 or older
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License
  • Dependable transportation
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively customers and teammates.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Follow guidelines on working in BMS (EPIC) for premium efficiency with your team.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain front desk area, lobby and help with upkeep in kitchen/lounge area
  • Maintains a professional, welcoming, and brand-consistent environment for all clients, visitors, and employees, serving as a key ambassador of the organization's first impression and overall workplace culture
  • Answer multi-line phone system (including transfers)
  • Manage and distribute of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scan mail into our Agency Management System and deliver it electronically to client service teams
  • Provide other clerical functions as needed such as photo coping, stuffing envelopes, preparing policy books, assembling Auto ID Cards
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to operations and client service departments
  • Assist with HUB event planning and execution
  • Provide assistance to other specialized OSC positions (ie: licensing, multi-media, carrier relations, accounting)
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Building liaison/logging work orders as needed
  • Vendor management/repairs (mail, equipment)
  • Provide oversight and organization of OSA team members to carry out various administrative tasks.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties/projects as needed
