Full job details below: Summary: The Entry-Level Operational Reporting Analyst supports data-driven decision-making across the organization by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information from multiple sources. This role helps develop dashboards, reports, and documentation while building foundational analytical and technical skills. The analyst will learn HVAC/R industry processes, collaborate with various departments, and assist in maintaining data quality and system accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (Data Analytics, Business, IT, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (data cleaning, spreadsheets, visualization).
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn HVAC/R industry operations and related business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and basic insights that support operational decision-making.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using DOMO.
  • Generate simple ad‑hoc reports based on business needs.
  • Help ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Work closely with the lead data analyst and managers to understand data flows and business processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to learn their reporting needs and provide basic analytical support.
  • Communicate findings clearly and simply, especially for non‑technical users.
  • Contribute data and basic analysis for cross‑functional projects.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation on data definitions, logic, and reporting standards.
  • Support identification of opportunities for process improvements and simple automation.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.
