About The Position
This role supports Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams. The analyst will partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables. Key responsibilities include developing presentations for leadership, defining and documenting ORT entry and exit criteria, tracking progress against milestones, and providing structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies using tools like JIRA.
Requirements
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL
- Experience with system implementations
- Experience with PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Experience with Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)
- Experience with JIRA (task and defect management)
- Experience with Concise presentations
- Experience with Entry/exit ORT criteria
- Bachelors degree

Responsibilities
- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams

- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
- Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress
