The Maintenance Planner, Operational Readiness plays a key role in ensuring the effective planning, scheduling, and execution of Hermosa’s work management processes. This role is responsible for establishing a strong work management foundation through the development and management of master data, including equipment strategies, job plans, material codes, and asset criticality assessments during the initial phase. Over time, the role transitions into a full‑time maintenance planning position, with accountability for weekly planning, scheduling, contractor coordination, and shutdown planning to support operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards. This role is critical in supporting South32 Hermosa’s operational readiness and long‑term asset reliability objectives. This role is a Permanent position based at the Hermosa Project site, near Patagonia, Arizona.
