The Operational Lead, Accounts Receivable for Service and Collision at Tesla is responsible for overseeing financial transactions related to service and collision repairs, with a focus on interactions with insurance companies. This role defines reporting standards and disciplinary actions for team members, ensures data integrity, and supports training on accounts receivable processes. Define and implement reporting standards for accounts receivable in service and collision, ensuring accurate tracking of payments and interactions with insurance companies Establish disciplinary actions and guidelines for team members who work with insurance companies to maintain compliance and timeliness Ensure data integrity in accounts receivable systems by auditing reports vs records and resolving discrepancies promptly Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver process education for accounts receivable, focusing on best practices and efficiency Monitor and analyze accounts receivable performance metrics to identify areas for improvement at the field level Act as a liaison between service/collision teams, finance operations, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth payment processes, integrating EFT or other technologies Provide recommendations for process enhancements to streamline accounts receivable operations and improve customer satisfaction
