Come grow with Laminate Technologies. $1,500 Sign on Bonus $1,500 Employee Referral Bonus Competitive Salaries Profit Sharing Benefits Available after 30 days 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) 401K 80 hours paid PTO in the first year Summary: The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is primarily responsible for all Accounts Receivable transactions, which are, but may not be limited to, invoicing customers, processing credit and debit memos against customer accounts, and ensuring all transactions are accounted for timely and accurately.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • High School Diploma and 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Expected to be at work at designated time starting at 8am and generally until 4:30pm.
  • Overtime is allowed on an approved basis to get tasks done that must be completed.
  • Invoicing of prior days business accurately and timely.
  • Research problems on AR accounts and invoices.
  • Assist Quality and Customer Service Representatives with inquiries regarding customer accounts and shipments.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of invoices, credit memos, and debit memos to customers.
  • Saving invoices, credit memos, shipping documents, and payment information in Alchemy.
  • Depositing checks daily via Key Capture to the bank.
  • Timely matching and filing of remittance advice to paid invoices in ERP system.
  • Assisting with answering of phones.
  • Daily retrieval and sorting of mail.
  • Preparing UPS shipping tags.
  • Other duties as assigned
