About The Position

This experienced professional, lead role identifies, documents and demonstrates the optimal technical and user experience. This is accomplished through requirements activities/deliverables and requirement-driven processes, which are aligned with the business requirements and solution scope. This role focuses on operations throughout the lifespan of various solutions and ensures functionality, efficiency, and support. This position understands and ensures compliance to global regulations regarding information use. Performs all functional analyst competencies for one or multiple projects that may be complex in scope and purpose. The Operational Functional Analyst 4 serves as a domain expert and keeps pace with discipline trends. This is an individual contributor role.

This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel.

• Proficiency in requirements activities/deliverables and requirement-driven processes
• Understanding of business requirements and solution scope
• Focus on operations, functionality, efficiency, and support
• Knowledge of global regulations regarding information use
• Competence in performing functional analyst duties for complex projects
• Domain expertise and awareness of discipline trends
• Must be a member of the Church worthy of a temple recommend
