Position Summary You will lead the deployment and continuous improvement of the GSK Production System (GPS) at site level. You will work closely with site leaders, operators, and cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, service, cost, and innovation. You will coach, teach, and mentor colleagues to build capability and ownership of continuous improvement. You will help the site close performance gaps and embed GPS as a standard way of working. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field
  • At least 7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on continuous improvement delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying Lean or Six Sigma tools in a regulated GMP manufacturing setting.
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent practical capability in Lean Six Sigma or structured improvement approaches.
  • Experience coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams and leading change initiatives.
  • Proven record of driving measurable site performance improvements through Lean Six Sigma methods.

Nice To Haves

  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or sterile manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and regulatory expectations.
  • Proven performance using Hoshin or strategy deployment methods.
  • Ability to utilize data analysis, digital tools, and dashboard design to measure enhancements effectively.
  • Experience mentoring GPS/operational excellence communities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment of GPS standards and drive site GPS maturity through practical, measurable actions.
  • Coach and train leaders and teams in GPS, Lean and Six Sigma methods to build capability across the site.
  • Facilitate problem solving, Kaizen events, Accelerators and DMAIC workshops to deliver site priorities.
  • Partner with site leadership to define CI roadmaps, agree targets and measure performance against key metrics.
  • Capture and report financial and non-financial benefits of improvement work and ensure sustainable handover.
  • Mentor junior practitioners and support cross-site knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
