About The Position

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, increase capacity, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduce costs across our manufacturing operations. In this high-impact role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, facilitate Kaizen events, and develop a culture of operational excellence. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of U.S. and international medical device and drug delivery regulations.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
Working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
Ability to effectively influence and present to all levels of an organization.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational departments.
Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S/6S, PDCA, and DMAIC methodologies.
Develop, implement, and sustain standard work processes that improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Identify and deliver operational improvements that increase capacity, improve OEE, and reduce manufacturing costs.
Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving efforts and project teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze processes and recommend improvements to plant layout, equipment, workflow, and operational practices.
Track, report, and communicate progress of continuous improvement initiatives to leadership.
Mentor and coach employees in Lean Six Sigma principles.
Partner with department leaders to align improvement initiatives with operational goals and priorities.
Manage continuous improvement project budgets while ensuring minimal disruption to production objectives.
