Partner with the best As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will partner with best‑in‑class clients and internal teams to drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across complex thermal operations. In this highly collaborative role, you will lead and support plant trials, diagnose and resolve operational challenges, and ensure key performance indicators are effectively measured and achieved. You will work alongside Account, Field, and District Managers to unlock new opportunities, present data‑driven insights, and implement system‑level improvements using a Total Systems Approach and TBAM methodologies. Leveraging your strong technical background and SAGD expertise, you will review facility designs, lead chemical trials, interpret system performance, and provide trusted recommendations that directly impact production and asset integrity.
