Operational Excellence Lead
About The Position
As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and operational performance across our microelectronics business supporting the defense and aerospace sectors. This position is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on leading Lean transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to identify opportunities, lead improvement initiatives, and embed a culture of operational excellence aligned with Honeywell standards.
