Position Summary Operational Enablement Lead is responsible for leading strategic operational initiatives, process implementation, procedural governance, and business capability deployment across the Capital Operations organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of operational excellence or transformation leadership experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Nice To Haves
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement new operational capabilities, process standardization, and scalable integration.
- Establish standardized warehouse operating procedures.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Distribution teams.
- Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage warehouse staffing, labor planning, and operational scheduling.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
- Manage warehouse space utilization and storage optimization
- Lead operational readiness for NPIs, system deployments, and strategic rollouts.
- Develop roadmaps, governance, and readiness plans; facilitate executive reporting.
- Drive change management, cross‑functional execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage program delivery — timelines, risks, resources, continuous improvement, and scaling.
