About The Position

An Operations Supervisor is a key leader who supports the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures operations run smoothly, and ensures completion of opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent store issues.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise store crew members by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching, including myImpact coaching, myCustomer feedback, and personal observations.
• Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Support planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Support planning and execution of off-shelf merchandise displays and maintenance.
• Lead the store when a manager is not onsite, ensure store operations run smoothly, and complete opening and closing procedures.
