About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our team. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pediatric home healthcare services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to pediatric home healthcare services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of managing budgets and improving financial performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide coaching and training as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Manage budgets and financial performance, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing expenses
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and services
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
