About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all departments
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Manage and train a team of administrative and support staff to maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
• Act as a liaison between upper management and front-line staff to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive growth and success of the organization
