About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for an Operating Room - Registered Nurse at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. This is a contract position with 13-26 week contracts available and the option for long-term employment. Day shifts are available, consisting of 12-hour shifts. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center, a top-ranked hospital in Eastern TN, and a Magnet recognized hospital.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- RN license in the state of Tennessee or Multi-State Compact License
- At least 2 years’ of RN experience, preferably in a level 1 trauma center
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS and Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC) certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Operating Room.
- Administer patient care in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Work 12-hour day shifts.
