About The Position
Comprehensive Outpatient Joint and Spine Institute is hiring an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN). The OR RN is responsible for nursing activities related to the care of patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures. The institute is an ambulatory surgery center established in 2021 that provides orthopedic, spine, and pain management procedures outside the hospital setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- At least two years of previous operating room experience.
- Current Florida Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures specific to operating room nursing.
