About The Position

Des Peres Square Surgery Center is seeking a Full Time Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN). The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases, including patient positioning, prepping, and circulating the case. The center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and is physician-owned, focusing on a collaborative approach to healthcare and providing a superior surgical experience in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Cosmetic Surgery, General Surgery, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Spine, Total Joints, Urology
