About The Position
Join the surgical team supporting Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), the DOD's largest medical center and a Level I Trauma Center. This opportunity offers Operating Room RNs the chance to work in a structured hospital environment without traditional call requirements while supporting military service members and their families. As a GiaMed JV employee, you can expect a Monday-Friday scheduling in a major medical center environment with multi-specialty operating rooms and complex surgical cases.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS Certification.
- Minimum one year recent experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in a hospital or surgical setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as team lead, precept, orientate, and perform rapid response.
- Perform other tasks as needed within the operating room.
- Adhere to duties and responsibilities consistent with other registered nurses on the same unit.
