The Nurse Manager demonstrates responsibility for the overall fiscal management of the scope of work, conducts and manages performance improvement activities, develops and monitors unit policies and procedures, acts as a Chief Retention Officer, and performs human resource functions. Additionally, the Nurse Manager provides leadership to their units that instills a culture which aligns with the organizational and nursing mission, vision and values through Peake of Care and Relationship Based Care principles.
