About The Position
At Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, we perform procedures including General/vascular, Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, and ophthalmology. Our 8 operating rooms, freshly renovated in May 2020, include new system integration for more efficient flow during surgery. As an Orthopedic Center of Excellence, we provide an array of orthopedic procedures including same day discharge procedures for total joints. This position is Full Time with an FTE of 1.00.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Card through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Previous operating room support staff role or training as a nursing assistant or other patient contact role preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting in general department cleaning
- Case cart preparation
- Running errands
- Assisting with transporting of patients
