Operating Room Assistant
About The Position
Operating room assistants will be assigned to teams and Operating rooms to provide support. ORA's will be expert technical assistants within specialty groupings. During cases ORA's will prepare materials and equipment or assure that all materials and equipment are ready for the cases. Between cases, ORA are expected to provide timely assistance. ORA responsibilities will include all activities that are required for case clean up, case turnaround, transportation and any other activities as directed. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire
Responsibilities
- Provide support to assigned teams and operating rooms.
