Program Details Duration: 10-week internship from May 18 – July 24, 2026 Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Work Environment: Hybrid – remote work from the state of North Carolina with onsite events at our Durham campus Residency Requirement: Interns must reside in the state of North Carolina for the duration of the program Experience: Hands-on project work that supports our customers and strengthens communities across North Carolina Mentorship: Interns are paired with a mentor and receive regular feedback to support their development What You’ll Do Join the Operations team, where we strive to improve processes throughout the business. As an intern, you’ll support enterprise optimization gaining exposure to business tools, processes, and documentation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to work that drives real change in healthcare.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree seeking academic program, ideally in Business or related fields
- Strong curiosity, drive, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Reside in the state of North Carolina for the duration of the program
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Business operations
- Prior internship or project experience in process improvements
- Familiarity with broad business concepts
