About The Position

Combining business design, transformation, technology, and human-centered thinking, we help clients build organizations that are ready for the future of health. As an Operating Model Consultant, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help HLS clients transform how their organizations operate. You'll contribute to high-profile transformations while developing expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role.
Supported clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights.
Proactive with a desire to solve difficult challenges with creativity and structure.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and patient-centered operating models and organizational design.
Experience in clinical development, R&D, or commercial transformation.
Experience in governance, capability, and process design.
Experience in enterprise and technology-enabled transformation.
Experience in change delivery, product ownership, or agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

Designing future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
Analyzing complex business challenges and developing practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
Assessing organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
