The Operating Effectiveness Advisor serves as a strategic operations partner to senior Global Information Security (GIS) leadership, driving operational efficiency, governance, and data-informed decision-making across workforce management, financial oversight, and reporting. This role acts as a central point of contact for operational support, analytics, and process optimization across GIS business management functions. The Advisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing core business processes related to workforce management (e.g., TBH tracking, contractor conversions, hiring controls), financial governance, and executive reporting. The Advisor leverages complex data analysis to ensure effective governance, operational controls, and consistent communication frameworks. This role partners closely with the Office of the COO, HR, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and support strategic initiatives aligned with GCISO priorities.
