Requirements

High School Graduate
Sharp or corrected 20/20 vision

Responsibilities

Maintain your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Comply with and follow all applicable manufacturing procedures and instructions for your role.
Follow clean room rules.
Responsible for performing visual inspection of products on assigned machines, following applicable visual inspection instructions.
Responsible for performing functionality tests on products that require it.
Responsible for reporting to the Supervisor, verbally and in writing, every defect found in the product.
Ensure that the product to be packed is free of visual defects.
Maintain good communication with the Operator of the next shift assigned to your machines, regarding matters that have occurred with the machine, product, quality aspects, etc.
Place the product in the assigned area for the cooling process.
Cut excess material at the entrance of the produced parts, according to specifications.
Perform packaging functions for products manufactured on assigned machines.
Correctly label envelopes, boxes, and/or production containers with the corresponding information, when required.
Weigh production, according to corresponding instructions.
Perform product rework according to approved instructions.
Train other Operators, as required.
Perform autonomous maintenance tasks, as assigned by the supervisor.
Perform other responsibilities, as assigned.
