Full-time 1st shift Monday - Saturday 6 am-3 pm Please note that operations are expected to begin the week of November 17th; however, the training will be the week before that date. Job summary: Ensures that warehouse functions are completed safely, accurately, and on time, in accordance with company standards. Unloads receive, and processes inbound products. Moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks, packs, sorts, and loads outbound products following customer specifications.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of math and reading.
  • Equal to a high school diploma.
  • For some functions, one must be able to operate a forklift and pick items as high as 35 feet in the air.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, squat and kneel often, and lift 30 to 50 pounds, as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in a distribution center is preferred.
  • Bilingual (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually and/or using a pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, sit-down or stand-up forklift, and standing reach truck.
  • Accurately counts, verifies, and receives products using WMS equipment.
  • Document variances.
  • Maintains productivity and quality standards.
  • Follows safety policies and procedures and corrects or communicates hazards to management.
