About The Position

We are hiring experienced engineers for SharePoint & OpenText Development - OpenText Lead Developer to provide continuity of operations and lifecycle development support for NIDA’s Microsoft SharePoint Online (GCC) and OpenText Content Suite (Livelink) platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years OpenText Content Suite lead developer/architect experience.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• OpenText certification (e.g., OpenText Certified Professional in Content Suite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational health, administration, maintenance, and technical support for SharePoint Online and OpenText Content Suite.
• Serve as primary technical POC for platform issues (workflow failures, errors, user issues) and coordinate timely resolution.
• Implement and manage platform security/access controls in coordination with ISSO; support authorized MFA implementations.
• Execute full lifecycle development: business analysis, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Design and maintain platform architecture (site collections, metadata, content types, workflows); plan/execute content migrations.
• Support governance and compliance: SOPs, policies, audits, documentation, and user training.
