About The Position

Crumbl is looking for a confident, reliable Opening Shift Lead who can bring the energy early, keep the cookies beautiful, and get the team moving in the right direction. You'll take ownership of the morning shift, organize the day's production, and make sure the store is fully prepared to deliver an exceptional experience from the moment the doors open. This role is designed for someone who leads by example, stays organized when things get busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation to work for early-morning shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be available to work opening shifts beginning at approximately 6:00 AM
Must be available on both Fridays and Saturdays
Dependable, year-round availability

Restaurant or retail leadership experience is helpful

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the morning crew
Arrive on time and ensure the store is ready to begin production
Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule
Review production needs and organize the day's baking priorities
Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation
Support dough preparation, baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service
Prepare the store for opening and ensure all stations are clean, stocked, and ready
Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
Complete opening checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation
Communicate important updates to store leadership
Set the tone for a productive, positive, and successful day
