About The Position

Lineage is hiring for warehouse roles in Bedford Park, Illinois: Case Picker / High Reach Forklift Driver, Forklift Driver, and Logistics Associate. Applicants can meet the team and interview in person; qualified candidates may receive an offer on the spot. The Case Picker / High Reach Forklift Driver role pays $22 per hour and is available on first, second, and third shifts; previous high-reach forklift experience is required. The Forklift Driver role pays $21 per hour and is available on first and second shifts; previous forklift experience is required. The Logistics Associate role pays $21–$24 per hour and is available on first shift; previous experience with exports and/or meat production is required. Second- and third-shift positions receive a $1.50 shift differential. The listed pay range is $16.97–$28.65 per hour. Requirements

Basic math skills.
Ability to understand work instructions.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
Comfort working in cold storage temperatures and various noise levels.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Case Picker / High Reach Forklift Driver: previous high-reach forklift experience required.
Forklift Driver: previous forklift experience required.
Logistics Associate: previous experience with exports and/or meat production required.
